Terms and conditions

General terms and conditions for year 2011:


I. Registration

Before first order, you need to be registered. Within 24 hours your registration will be authorized and you will recieve confirmation e-mail. Since the you can start to order.

II. Order

You can order goods in e-shop, by the phone, by mail, by fax or by e-mail on address objednavky@antech.cz.

The order must include:                            - trade name and headquarters
                                                                  - ID
                                                                  - customer's contact (mobile phone)
                                                                  - placeof delivery if it is different fromheadquarters
                                                                  - sampling method
                                                                  - authorized person's name and phone number

III.    Prices

All prices exclude VAT and they are valid in ANTECH storehouse in Břeclav.
Price C1 is wholesale-dealer price for sale and instalation companies working in the field.
Price C2 is valid for :
                                    a) subscribers, who generaly purchased goods in years 2010 or 2009 for more than 150 000,- CZK exclude VAT or
                                    b) subscribers, who will reach revenue 150 000,- CZK in year 2011 exclude VAT or
                                    c) for disposable purchase over 100 000,- CZK exclude VAT

An individual discount can be arranged for bigger orders.
With total annual turnover over 500 000,- CZK exclude VAT we can provide you with individual dealer price.

ANTECH spol. s r.o. reserves the right to change prices. Valid prices are confirmed to a customer in a moment of confirmation of the order. If the valid price is identical  or lower than on the order, it is not recoverably confirmed to a customer and the goods is delivered at the valid price in a moment of recieving the order. If the price is higher then the price listed on the order, seller immediately informs about this actuality the customer, who can new price accept or refuse the order. 

III.    Payment and delivery

Customer undertakes cover purchase price to a seller in a required amount.
Payment methods:
                                     - payment in cash for the purchase of stock ANTECH
                                     - credit card to purchase of stock ANTECH 
                                     - payment in advance by bank transfer (pro forma invoice)
                                     - cash on delivery of the goods 
                                     - payment to the invoice due date (only if the conditions for granting the credit)

Goods in stock are sent in the day of the order if ordered to 12.00, if ordered later, it is sent the next day automaticly without confirming the order. If the goods are not in the stock, the customer is informed within 24 hours about possible delivery date. The goods are sent always by services of Czech Post - Business Package, only in a case of over-shipment we use to transport the goods by TOPTRANS company or DHL company. To Slovakia we use company PPL. If the customer prefers his own delivery, there should be noted on the order date of a takeover. Costs for delivery and packing are charged to the customer. Orders over 40 000,- CZK (1600 EUR) exclude VAT the costs of delivery and packing are charged by ANTECH company. The goods can be taken from the stock personally at Monday - Thurstday 9.00 - 16.00, Friday 9.00 - 15.00. Besides that period the personal collection is possible after phone call. Transportation by Czech Post services is insured to the value of the goods. In a case of delivering incomlete or damaged consignment, it is necessary to write a statement with the worker of the czech post and immediately inform sales department of ANTECH company.

IV.    Returning goods

At the contract sale by meand of distance comunication, the customer has the right to withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days after recieving the goods, where the customer has to deliver an act to the seller, with which current legislation in force connects expression of the will directed to withdrawal. The customer can this right for withdrawal realize with personal delivering the goods to the store with expression of the will to withdrawal, or with sending the goods on his own costs to the seller on his address through some of the transporters with written expression of the will to withdrawal. When withdrawal within 14 days in the sense of § 53 paragraph 7 of the Commercial Code the customer has got the right to withdrawal without any penalties, this does not have any affect on seller's right on reimbursement connected to returning of the goods.

When used the right to withdrawal, the goods must be returned undamaged, in original package withaut any marks of using including all the accessories, warranty certificate and manuals. When all conditions are satisfied, the amount reduced of the costs for order processing (Postage and Packing) will be transfered to your bank account within 30 days from withdraval. The customer doesw not have a right to returning the costs connected to delivering the goods back to seller.

Customer can after an arrangement with sales department return the goods even after that period, but only the goods which is currently made and delivered and it cannot be bought more than one year ago. The goods must be returned undamaged complete, in original package, and fully functional. In that case the customer will be given an amount equal to difference between purchase price and depreciation of the goods, but maximum 50% of purchase price.

V.    Warranty terms

Guarantee for goods ALCAD and TELEVES (only  RF technology) 3 years, for goods UNAOHM and measuring devices TELEVES 1 year, for other goods (IKUSI, LINEA, MACAB, ANTECH) the guarantee is 2 years. Guarantee refers for defects in material or processing. The Guarantee does not refer to a damage of the goods because of inexpert or wrong instalation. More details are in Complaints procedure here.

VI.    Final provisions

These terms and conditions acquire force on 31 January 2011 and all previous provisions are no longer valid since this date. ANTECH spol. s r.o. reserves the right to make a change of this conditions. These conditions are a part of the price list.
